Signs the plate needs replacing
The plate is cracked, chipped or delaminating at the edges.
Leveling cannot produce an even first layer because the plate is no longer flat.
The print surface is damaged by nozzle crashes or aggressive part removal.
Adhesion has dropped in worn areas and cleaning does not restore it.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
This plate is for the D600 Pro only. The F430 uses carbon fiber plate 107009, and the PEEK-300 uses carbon fiber plate 107016.
Choosing a surface for the D600 Pro
The carbon fiber plate is the rigid plate option in CreatBot's D600 Pro range. If you want a different print surface on top of a sound plate, CreatBot also makes D600 Pro PEI film (107011), BuildTak (107012) and a removable magnetic sheet (107014). Many problems that look like a worn plate turn out to be a dirty or worn surface, so check the surface first. Rev1 can help you decide which part to replace.
Installation tips
Let the bed cool fully and power the printer off. Remove the old plate according to how it is fastened on your printer, taking care not to disturb the bed wiring or leveling hardware. Clean the bed carrier, fit the new plate so it sits flat, and secure it evenly. Run the leveling routine, set the Z offset, and print a first layer test across the whole plate before production work.
