Signs the heating tube needs replacing
The hotend heats slowly or never reaches its target temperature.
The printer reports a heating error or a temperature fault during warm up.
Under extrusion or weak layers that appear mid print as the temperature sags.
Damaged, pinched or burnt leads where the wires exit the tube.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Newer D600 models use different heating tubes. The D600 Pro2 uses part 105011, the D600 Pro2 HS uses part 105001, and the D600 Pro3 HS uses part 105014. Check your exact model name on the printer label before ordering.
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool completely before you start. Photograph the wiring and note the cable route so the new leads follow the same path away from moving parts. Loosen the retaining screw on the heating block, slide the old tube out and seat the new one fully in the bore, then tighten the screw firmly without crushing the tube. Reconnect the leads, secure them, and run a heat test while watching the temperature reading. Recalibrate the nozzle height and run a short test print before returning to production work. If you would rather not open the hotend yourself, Rev1 service can do the replacement.
