CreatBotD1000 Temperature SensorGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
D1000 Temperature Sensor for D1000 and D600 Pro2

The CreatBot D1000 temperature sensor (part 106011) is an OEM replacement sensor for the CreatBot D1000 and D600 Pro2. A temperature sensor tells the control board how hot a heated component is, and the firmware uses that reading to switch the heater on and off. If the reading is wrong or unstable, the printer cannot hold temperature, and you see failed prints or heating errors. A genuine sensor gives the firmware the readings it was set up to expect. Signs the temperature sensor needs replacing
The displayed temperature jumps around or drops suddenly during a print.
The printer shows a heating or temperature error and stops the job.
The reading stays at room temperature while the heater is clearly working.
The sensor wire is pinched, frayed or broken near the sensor or the connector.
A loose connector or damaged cable can cause the same symptoms. Check the wiring first, and contact Rev1 support if you want help confirming the fault.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
CreatBot also lists part 106012 (D600 Pro2 temperature sensor) for these same two printers. Match the part to the sensor you are replacing, or send Rev1 your serial number and we will confirm which one you need. The HS models use different sensors: the D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS take part 106001 or 106002, and the D1000 Pro HS uses part 106015. The D600 and D600 Pro use part 106008.
Installation tips

Power the printer off, unplug it and let all heated parts cool completely before you touch the sensor. Photograph the sensor routing and its connector before removal so the new one goes back the same way. Seat the new sensor fully and secure it as the original was, since a loose sensor reads low and can cause the heater to overshoot. Keep the cable clear of moving parts. After installation, check that the reading matches room temperature, then watch the first heat-up closely before starting a full print.
