Why replace a worn magnetic sheet
Big parts pull hard at the corners as they cool. A fresh surface helps them stay down.
Flex the sheet and the part comes free, with no scraping or prying on the bed.
A kinked or bent sheet lifts away from the magnetic base and spoils the first layer.
The genuine sheet is made for the D1000 Pro HS bed, so it lines up with the magnetic base.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The earlier D1000 HS and D1000 use a different sheet (107004). Other current HS models have their own: the D600 Pro3 HS uses 107023 and the D400 HS uses 107025.
Handling a large build sheet
A sheet this size is easier to handle with two hands, or with help. Let the bed cool, lift the sheet from one edge, and support it as you flex it so it bends evenly rather than folding at one point. Store a spare sheet flat. Wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol between prints to remove oils and residue.
Installation tips
With the bed cool, remove the old sheet and clean the magnetic base so no filament scraps or dust sit underneath. Align one edge of the new sheet with the bed and lower it into place, smoothing it down as you go so no air or debris is trapped. Check the bed level and run a first layer test across the full bed.
