The CreatBot D1000 Pro HS Klipper host (part 111023) is the OEM host controller for the CreatBot D1000 Pro HS and D400 HS. These printers run Klipper firmware, which splits the work between two parts. The host runs the Klipper software: it processes the print file, plans the motion and sends precisely timed commands to the motherboard, which drives the motors, heaters and fans. Signs the Klipper host may need replacing
The printer powers on but the touchscreen interface never finishes loading.
Print files cannot be loaded, or the interface freezes or restarts repeatedly.
The host does not start at all, or shows visible damage such as a burnt component or broken connector.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
The D600 Pro3 HS uses its own Klipper host, part 111022. On the D1000 Pro HS this host works with the motherboard, part 111021.
Host or motherboard?
On a Klipper printer, the two boards fail in different ways. Problems with the interface, file handling or network point toward the host. Problems with a single motor, heater or sensor while the interface works normally point toward the motherboard. If the host reports it cannot reach the controller, either part or the cable between them could be the cause. Rev1 support can help you test before you replace anything.
Installation
Power the printer off and unplug it. Photograph every connection to the host before removing it, including the link to the motherboard and the display, and use anti-static precautions. After fitting the new host, contact Rev1 support to confirm the software and printer configuration are correct for your model.
