D1000 HS Z-Axis Motor
The CreatBot D1000 HS Z motor (part 131004) is the OEM Z-axis motor for the CreatBot D1000 HS. The Z axis controls the vertical position between the nozzle and the build plate, which is what sets every layer height. The Z axis does not move, moves in jerks or stalls partway.

The D1000 HS extruder motors are parts 131005 (left) and 131006 (right). The standard D1000 uses a different Z motor, part 131029.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it. Support the Z axis so nothing can drop while the motor is out. Photograph the motor, coupling and cable before removal. Fit the new motor, tighten the coupling to the lead screw evenly, reconnect, then home the printer, run the leveling routine and print a test part to check layer consistency.
