D1000 HS X Motor (X-Axis Motor)
The CreatBot D1000 HS X motor (part 132003) is the OEM X-axis motor for the CreatBot D1000 HS. It drives motion along the X axis and places every line the slicer sends along that direction. The D1000 HS pairs a very large build volume with high print speeds, so the X motor makes long, fast moves for hours at a time. Signs the X motor needs replacing
Layers shift along the X axis, often during fast infill or travel moves.
The X axis does not home, or homes with grinding or clicking.
The motor hums or vibrates without moving the axis smoothly.
Parts come out undersized or distorted along X.
Belt tension, a slipping pulley, a snagged cable or a driver fault can cause the same shifts. Check those first, or contact Rev1 support to help diagnose the axis.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The D1000 HS Y motor is part 132004. Other models use their own X motors: the D600 Pro2 HS uses closed-loop motor 132001, the D1000 uses 132010 and the F1000 uses 132012.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the wiring and mark the pulley position on the old motor shaft. Release belt tension, remove the old motor and fit the new one in the same orientation. Set the pulley in the same position so the belt runs straight, then re-tension. Move the print head by hand over the full X travel to check for smooth motion, home the printer and print a calibration part at your normal speed.
