Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the bed cool completely. A D1000 HS platform is large, so plan for two people to lift it. Photograph every cable and connector before you disconnect anything, and note how the cables are routed so they do not catch as the platform moves. After installation, heat the bed once to confirm it reaches temperature, run the full leveling routine and print a first layer test across the whole plate.
