The CreatBot D1000 HS chamber heater (part 182013) is the OEM heater for the build chamber of the CreatBot D1000 HS, the high speed version of CreatBot's tallest D Series printer. When a tall part prints in cool air, the lower layers cool and shrink while new layers go down hot, and the result is warping, cracks between layers and parts lifting from the bed. The standard D1000 uses part 182012. The D1000 HS filament chamber heater, which keeps spools dry, is a separate part, 182019.

Installation tips
Disconnect the printer from mains power and let the chamber cool before you start. Photograph the wiring and terminals, then replace the heater in the same position using the original hardware. Check that leads are secure and clear of the motion system and any hot surfaces. Run a chamber heat cycle with the door closed and confirm the temperature climbs and holds before printing.
