The CreatBot D1000 HS servo for auto-rising (part 133003) is the OEM servo that operates the nozzle auto-rising system on the CreatBot D1000 HS, and CreatBot also lists it for the D1000. On a dual extruder CreatBot, the auto-rising system lifts the nozzle that is not printing so it stays clear of the part. Signs the auto-rising servo needs replacing
The idle nozzle no longer lifts, or only lifts part of the way.
Dual material or dual color prints show scraping marks and blobs where the inactive nozzle touches the part.
The servo twitches, buzzes or chatters instead of moving cleanly.
Tool changes are inconsistent, with the nozzle sitting at different heights from one change to the next.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
For the D1000, CreatBot also lists auto-rising servo 133011, and the general auto-rising servo 133013 is listed for the D1000 HS. If you are not sure which servo is in your machine, send Rev1 a photo and your serial number. The bed leveling servo is a different part: 133004 on the D1000 HS and 133007 on the D1000.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and let the hotends cool before working around the print head. Photograph the servo connector and the linkage position, then remove the old servo and fit the new one in the same orientation. Reconnect the cable and route it away from heated parts and moving belts. Afterward, check that the idle nozzle lifts fully and that both nozzles return to the correct printing height, then run a dual extrusion test print.

No. The auto-rising servo lifts the idle nozzle. Bed leveling uses its own servo, part 133004 on the D1000 HS.
