CreatBotD1000 E1 Extruder MotorGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
For the CreatBot D1000

The CreatBot D1000 E1 motor (part 131027) is the OEM extruder motor for the E1 extruder on the CreatBot D1000. E1 and E2 are the printer's two extruders, and each has its own motor. The extruder motor turns the drive that pushes filament into the hotend, so it sets how much plastic reaches the nozzle. When it weakens or fails, the E1 extruder stops feeding reliably. Signs the E1 motor may need replacing
The E1 extruder does not turn, or turns weakly, while E2 works normally.
Under-extrusion or gaps on E1 that remain after the nozzle and drive gear have been checked.
Buzzing, stuttering or excessive heat from the motor.
A damaged motor body, shaft or connector.
A clogged nozzle, worn drive gear or loose cable can cause similar symptoms. A quick test is to swap the E1 and E2 motor cables at the motors: if the fault moves with the motor, the motor is the likely cause. Rev1 support can talk you through it.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Other D1000 motors: the E2 extruder motor is part 131028 and the Z motor is part 131029. The D1000 HS is a different printer with its own motors.
Installation tips

Power the printer off, let the hotend cool and unload the E1 filament. Photograph the extruder assembly and note how the motor, drive gear and cable are arranged. Transfer the drive gear if your assembly requires it, making sure it lines up with the filament path. Reconnect the cable, then load filament and extrude a test length on E1 before printing.
