The CreatBot D1000 servo for auto-rising (part 133011) is the OEM servo for the nozzle auto-rising system on the CreatBot D1000. When the D1000 prints with one nozzle, the auto-rising system raises the other one so it does not rub on the part. This matters most in dual material work, such as printing a model with soluble or breakaway support, where the idle nozzle would otherwise drag through the layers it just passed over. Why keep the auto-rising system working
A lifted idle nozzle cannot smear ooze or scrape tracks across the part.
On tall D1000 parts, a dragging nozzle can catch an edge and knock the print loose.
The active nozzle sits at a consistent height each time it lowers.

The idle nozzle stays down or lifts unevenly.
The servo chatters, buzzes or does not respond at all.

Installation tips
Switch the printer off and let the print head cool. Photograph how the servo is mounted and how the linkage sits, then disconnect and remove it. Fit the new servo in the same position, reconnect the cable and keep it clear of the heater block and belts. Power up, check that the idle nozzle rises fully, and confirm both nozzles print at the correct height with a short dual extrusion test.
