CreatBotD Series Temperature SensorGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
D Series Temperature Sensor for D600, D600 Pro and Older D Series 3D Printers

The CreatBot D Series temperature sensor (part 106014) is the OEM replacement sensor for the CreatBot D600, D600 Pro and older CreatBot D Series printers. The sensor reports temperature to the control board, which uses that reading to regulate the heater. If the reading is wrong or missing, the printer cannot hold a stable temperature, and many printers will stop heating or show an error to protect themselves. Full specifications →

Signs your temperature sensor needs replacing
The touchscreen shows a temperature error, or a reading that is clearly wrong at room temperature.
The displayed temperature jumps or drops suddenly while printing.
The printer refuses to heat or shuts the heater off during a print.
Extrusion becomes inconsistent even though the nozzle and filament path are clear.
The sensor lead is pinched, frayed or damaged near the connector.
A loose connector or damaged cable can produce the same symptoms. Check the connection first, and contact Rev1 support if you want help confirming the sensor is the cause.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Newer D Series machines use different sensors. The D600 Pro2 and D1000 use part 106011 or 106012, the D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS use part 106001 or 106002, and the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS, D1000 Pro HS, D800 Ultra and D1200 Ultra use part 106015. Part 106008 is also listed for the D600 and D600 Pro, so send Rev1 your serial number if you want us to confirm which sensor your printer has.
Installation tips

Power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend and heated parts cool fully before you start. Photograph the sensor routing and connector before removing the old sensor, then route the new lead the same way so it is not pinched by moving parts. Seat the sensor fully and secure it as the original was secured, since a loose sensor reads low and can cause the heater to overshoot. After installation, heat the printer and watch the reading rise smoothly, then run a short test print.
