PAF10 resolves down to a 0.08 mm smallest feature, so scales, edges, and fine textures come through crisp. But unlike standard modeling resin — which shatters at 5–10% elongation — PAF10 stretches to 46% before it breaks and shrugs off impact at 52 J/m. The result is a print that looks like a display piece and behaves like a functional part.

Brittleness is the quiet tax on resin printing: the part looks perfect, then a thin edge shears off during clean-up, a support scar cracks under nippers, or a mini loses a weapon on the first drop. PAF10 was formulated specifically to remove that tax. Where a standard modeling resin snaps at roughly 5–10% elongation, PAF10 Volcanic Gray stretches to 46% before failure — and Clear still reaches 34% — so parts deflect and spring back instead of fracturing. Pair that with a 52 J/m notched-impact rating and you get prints that survive de-supporting, transport, and everyday use without the constant re-print cycle.

PAF10 reaches 46% elongation at break in Volcanic Gray (34% in Clear), roughly five to nine times the flex of a standard modeling resin. Notched impact strength of 52 J/m and a 75 Shore D hardness mean parts absorb a drop or a squeeze instead of fracturing. PAF10 ships in two colors that run on the exact same pre-tuned Blueprint Studio profiles, so you can switch between them mid-project with zero re-calibration. Volcanic Gray gives a smooth matte finish for display-ready miniatures; Clear starts with a subtle bluish transparency and becomes crystal-clear when finished with the ClearG115 gloss coat.

PAF10 Clear is built for transparent applications — light guides, tinted lenses, fluidic channels, and display models. On its own it prints with a subtle blue cast; brushed and baked with the 250 g ClearG115 gloss coat, it reaches 82% light transmittance. Keep drying and coat-baking at or below 40 °C to protect the finish. Volcanic Gray needs no coat at all — it’s matte and display-ready straight off the plate.

PAF10 arrives with Blueprint Studio profiles already dialed in for the entire Reflex line, so there’s nothing to tune. Load the resin, pick the profile, and print — on the standard resin tank, with no Pulsing Release Module required.

Surface quality is where PAF10 earns its keep for painters and prop-makers. HeyGears’ Reflex printers already lay down fine layers, and PAF10’s chemistry is tuned to blend them: Volcanic Gray comes off the plate with a matte, even surface where layer lines effectively disappear at normal viewing distance. That means less time sanding and priming, and more consistent paint adhesion — a matte tooth grabs primer far better than a glossy standard resin. Because the material is also drop- and flake-resistant, that finish keeps looking clean after the model has been handled, transported, and played with.
