F430 Carbon Fiber Build Plate
The CreatBot F430 carbon fiber plate (part 107009) is the OEM carbon fiber build plate for the CreatBot F430 3D printer. Carbon fiber composite is stiff, light and dimensionally stable as temperatures change, so the plate holds its shape from the first layer to the last. Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
This plate is for the F430. The D600 Pro uses carbon fiber plate 107013 and the PEEK-300 uses carbon fiber plate 107016.
Plate or surface?
Before replacing the plate, decide whether the plate itself is the problem. If the plate is sound but the print surface is worn, a new surface may be all you need. CreatBot offers the F430 PEI film (107007), BuildTak (107008) and a removable magnetic sheet (107010). If the plate is cracked, chipped or no longer flat, replace it with this genuine CreatBot part so the bed geometry matches what the printer expects. Rev1 can help you work out which part is at fault.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and let the bed cool fully. Remove the old plate according to how it is fixed on your F430, taking care with any bed wiring. Clean the bed carrier so the new plate sits flat, fit and secure it evenly, then run the leveling routine, set the Z offset and print a first layer test across the plate.
