The Complete System

Three machines that were engineered to work as one.

Most resin setups are assembled from parts that never met before they reached your bench: a printer from one brand, a wash tank from another, a UV oven guessed at from a forum thread. Every material change becomes a round of trial prints to re-dial wash time and cure exposure. The UltraCraft Reflex RS Combo removes that guesswork. The Reflex RS printer, the UltraCraft Wash, and the UltraCraft Cure are a single matched system — the same GreenPrint slicer profile that drives the print also sets the wash duration and the cure schedule, so a part comes off the printer and moves through wash and cure on parameters HeyGears already validated. You get repeatable, production-ready parts on day one instead of after a week of tuning. For a studio adding resin in-house, or a shop standardizing a process across multiple operators, that matched approach is the difference between a hobby setup and a production cell: the workflow is documented, repeatable, and easy to hand to a new team member without transferring a head full of tribal knowledge about wash times and cure schedules.

Step 1 — Print · Light Engine

A 60-zone calibrated 8K screen for edge-to-edge accuracy.

Light-intensity uniformity heat map of the Reflex RS 10.3-inch 8K LCD, calibrated to within ±3% across the build area
Full-Field Precision Screen

A part at the corner measures like one printed dead center.

The Reflex RS uses a 10.3-inch 8K mono LCD that resolves 29.7µm native pixels, calibrated across 60 zones to hold light intensity within ±3% from edge to edge.

On most LCD printers, light output falls off toward the edges of the screen, so identical features cure differently depending on where they sit on the plate — a problem you only discover after a failed batch. The Reflex RS measures and corrects intensity zone by zone, so a tray packed corner to corner produces parts with consistent dimensions and surface finish wherever they land. For dental, jewelry and engineering work where every cavity on a full plate has to hit tolerance, that uniformity is the difference between a usable batch and a re-print. It also compounds with the rest of the workflow: a part that cures evenly downstream starts with an even exposure here, so consistency at the screen is what makes the wash and cure schedules repeatable rather than approximate. The 8K resolution means fine text, thin walls and sharp edges resolve cleanly enough to go straight to a customer without hand-finishing.

Step 1 — Print · Motion

C5-grade motion and adaptive Z for a cleaner top surface.

Side-by-side test cubes — the Reflex RS print shows a smooth top surface versus a dimpled top from an ordinary printer
C5 Z-Axis · DMA 3.0

Industrial motion control, scaled to a benchtop.

A C5-grade Z-axis holds ±2µm repeatability, while adaptive Z-compensation and Dynamic Motion Algorithm 3.0 keep layers tight and top surfaces smooth at speed.

Resin quality is decided as much by how the platform moves as by the screen. The Reflex RS pairs a precision-ground C5 Z-module with HeyGears’ Dynamic Motion Algorithm 3.0, which tunes lift and settle motion per layer to cut peel forces and shave print time — production parts come off in roughly two hours, not a working day. Adaptive Z-compensation smooths the stepping that shows up on flat top surfaces of ordinary printers, so the parts that feed your wash and cure stations start clean. Faster, cleaner prints also mean the bottleneck moves off the printer and onto throughput planning rather than babysitting individual jobs — you can cycle more plates per day and trust that each one lands within the same tolerance band.

Step 2 — Wash

Automatic washing, timed by your resin profile.

UltraCraft Wash

Cleaned to spec, not by guesswork.

The UltraCraft Wash runs an automatic cleaning cycle for the duration your resin profile specifies, using a dual-container system that keeps a cleaner second rinse for a better final finish.

Hand-washing in a jar of IPA is where a lot of good prints go wrong: too little and residue blocks the cure, too much and fine features soften or wash away. Because the Reflex RS Combo carries the wash time in the same profile that drove the print, the UltraCraft Wash applies a consistent, validated cycle every time — and the two-container layout lets you keep a dirty pre-wash and a clean final rinse so solvent stays effective longer. Parts come out clean, dry and ready to cure, with no manual timing to get wrong. That repeatability matters most in production: when wash quality drifts, cure quality drifts with it, and you end up chasing failures that started two stations earlier. By holding the wash to a validated profile, the Combo keeps the whole pipeline predictable — the operator drops the build plate in, starts the cycle, and walks away.

Step 3 — Cure

Heated UV curing on the exposure your resin needs.

UltraCraft Cure

Full properties, no yellowing, no under-cure.

The UltraCraft Cure applies the UV exposure and chamber temperature your resin profile calls for — even, all-around curing that brings parts to their rated mechanical strength.

Curing is where resin parts earn their engineering properties, and it is just as easy to get wrong as washing. Too little exposure leaves parts soft and tacky; too much makes them brittle and discolored. The UltraCraft Cure combines 405 nm UV with controlled heat and an even, all-around light path, and — like the wash — takes its schedule from the resin profile rather than a kitchen timer. The result is a part that comes out of the same workflow with consistent strength, color and dimensional stability, batch after batch. For functional and engineering resins in particular, proper cure is what separates a part that merely looks finished from one that performs to its published mechanical spec under load — and because the schedule is tied to the resin profile, you get that result without becoming a curing expert or keeping a notebook of per-material times.

One Workflow

Matched, Not Assembled

The whole pipeline speaks one language.

Buying a printer, a wash tank and a cure box separately means three interfaces, three sets of settings, and a manual hand-off at every stage. The Reflex RS Combo is designed as one pipeline: the GreenPrint slicer assigns a resin profile, and that single profile carries the print parameters, the wash time and the cure schedule through all three machines. For a small studio or a production cell, that means a new operator can produce in-spec parts without becoming a resin-tuning expert — and a material change is a profile swap, not a week of test prints. It also de-risks scaling: when the process is captured in software rather than in one person’s experience, you can add a second shift, train a backup operator, or move the cell to another room without re-validating from scratch. The economics of resin production hinge on yield, and yield comes from doing the same validated thing every time — which is exactly what a single, matched workflow is built to guarantee.

Resins & Applications

Engineering, dental and jewelry resins, validated end to end.

UltraPrint & Open Material

Matched profiles for HeyGears resins — and room to bring your own.

The combo ships with validated GreenPrint profiles for HeyGears UltraPrint resins like PAF10 and PAS10, and supports open third-party materials when your application calls for them.

Because the whole point of the Combo is profile-driven post-processing, the strongest results come from materials HeyGears has already characterized through print, wash and cure — functional engineering resins, castable jewelry resins, and high-detail model resins all have matched workflows. The system stays open, so you can still run third-party resins when a job requires a specific certification or property; Rev1 helps you qualify the right resin set and dial in profiles for any open material before you commit. In practice, most shops standardize on a handful of HeyGears resins for their day-to-day work — one tough engineering resin, one high-detail model resin, and a specialty material like castable or dental — and keep the open-material path in reserve for the occasional job with a specific spec. Either way, the matched workflow means your finish stays consistent no matter which profile you load.

FAQ

Reflex RS Combo questions.

What exactly is included in the Reflex RS Combo?

Three matched machines: the HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex RS resin printer, the UltraCraft Wash station, and the UltraCraft Cure station. They are designed to work as one system, with the slicer’s resin profile driving the print, the wash time and the cure schedule.

How is the Combo different from buying the Reflex RS printer alone?

The standalone Reflex RS prints, but you still need to wash and cure parts — usually with mismatched third-party gear and manual timing. The Combo adds the matched UltraCraft Wash and Cure so post-processing is automatic and profile-driven, giving you a complete, repeatable production workflow on one bench.

Do I have to set wash and cure times manually?

No. The same GreenPrint resin profile that drives the print carries the wash duration and cure schedule, so the Wash and Cure stations apply HeyGears-validated parameters automatically. Switching resin is a profile change, not a round of test prints.

What is the print quality and build volume?

The Reflex RS uses a 10.3-inch 8K mono LCD with 29.7µm native pixels, calibrated across 60 zones to within ±3% light uniformity, on a C5-grade ±2µm Z-axis. Build volume is 222 × 122 × 228 mm. Dynamic Motion Algorithm 3.0 brings production parts off the plate in roughly two hours.

Can I use third-party resins?

Yes. The system ships with validated profiles for HeyGears UltraPrint resins like PAF10 and PAS10, and supports open third-party materials. Rev1 can help you qualify a specific resin and dial in print, wash and cure profiles for it.

What kinds of parts is it best for?

Functional engineering components, dental models and appliances, castable jewelry patterns, and high-detail miniatures or display models — anywhere you need accurate, repeatable resin parts with a consistent finish across a full plate.

Is financing available?

Yes. Klarna EasyPay (Pay-in-4) is available at checkout — four interest-free payments, no fees and no credit impact. Rev1 can walk you through the options for the complete system.

How much bench space and setup does it need?

All three machines are benchtop units designed to sit together as one cell, so a single sturdy workbench with a power outlet and basic ventilation is enough to get started. Because they share one workflow, there is no complex integration to wire up — Rev1 walks you through placement, the GreenPrint setup, and the first validated print-wash-cure run.

How does Rev1 support the purchase?

As an authorized HeyGears reseller, Rev1 reviews your application, recommends resins, validates the workflow, ships genuine OEM hardware from a US warehouse, and provides ongoing US-based phone and video support for the life of the system.
