The Complete System

HeyGears’ TrueUV flagship, with wash and cure to match.

The UltraCraft Reflex is HeyGears’ premium resin printer — a 385 nm+ COB TrueUV light engine with a freeform-surface lens that holds light uniformity above 94% and curing energy within ±1% across the screen. The Reflex Combo pairs it with the matched UltraCraft Wash and Cure stations, so one GreenPrint slicer profile drives the print, the wash time, and the cure schedule — a complete, repeatable print–wash–cure pipeline where switching resin is a profile change, not a week of re-tuning every stage by hand.

Step 1 — Print · TrueUV Light Engine

COB TrueUV for uniform energy across the whole screen.

HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex printer with lid open and a full-plate resin print on the build platform
385 nm+ COB TrueUV

Even curing energy, edge to edge and corner to corner.

A 385 nm+ COB TrueUV light source with a freeform-surface lens holds light uniformity above 94% and keeps curing energy within ±1% across the full 6K screen.

Most LCD printers use an LED array behind a diffuser, so light intensity and wavelength drift toward the edges of the screen — identical features cure differently depending on where they sit on the plate. The Reflex’s COB TrueUV engine is engineered to deliver the same energy everywhere, which is why a tray packed corner to corner comes out dimensionally consistent. Curing at 385 nm also unlocks a broader range of engineering and specialty resins that need shorter wavelengths to reach full properties, so the Reflex isn’t limited to easy hobby materials. And because the same energy lands everywhere on the plate, the exposure values in a resin profile actually mean what they say — you can trust a validated setting instead of compensating for a screen that is hotter in the middle than at the edges. That predictability is what lets the matched wash and cure stations downstream run to a fixed schedule and still produce uniform parts.

Step 1 — Print · AI Peeling

Peel force managed in real time, layer by layer.

HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex printing with a real-time peeling-force graph overlaid on the build chamber
AI Peeling Force Management

Big, delicate prints that don’t tear off the plate.

The Reflex monitors peel force in real time and adapts the separation motion per layer, protecting fragile features and large flat cross-sections from the forces that cause print failures.

Every layer in resin printing has to peel off the film before the next one exposes — and that peel is where tall supports snap, thin walls delaminate, and big solid layers pull loose. The Reflex’s AI Peeling Force Management measures the force and tunes the lift dynamically instead of running a fixed motion, so it can push speed where the geometry allows and back off where it doesn’t. Paired with an industrial ball-screw Z-axis at ±2µm repeatability and auto-zeroing leveling with 240µm gap compensation, it means higher first-time-right rates on exactly the demanding parts that justify a premium printer. For a production shop, fewer peel failures is not just a quality win but a throughput one: a print that fails at layer 800 has wasted hours of machine time and a plate of resin, so the value of adaptive peel control compounds across every job rather than showing up only on the occasional hero print.

Step 2 — Wash

Vibration deep-clean, timed by your resin profile.

HeyGears UltraCraft Wash station with two stacked translucent wash containers on a powered base
UltraCraft Wash

Cleaned to spec, not by guesswork.

The UltraCraft Wash uses a vibration-based deep-clean action — HeyGears rates it around 15% more efficient than agitation alone — and runs for the duration your resin profile specifies.

Hand-washing in a jar of IPA is where a lot of good prints go wrong: too little and residue blocks the cure, too much and fine features soften. Because the Reflex Combo carries the wash time in the same profile that drove the print, the UltraCraft Wash applies a consistent, validated cycle every time, and the dual-container layout lets you keep a dirtier pre-wash and a clean final rinse so solvent stays effective longer. Parts come out clean, dry and ready to cure, with no manual timing to get wrong — and because wash quality feeds cure quality, holding it to a profile keeps the whole pipeline predictable. The deep-clean action also reaches into the recesses and lattice voids that hand-swirling tends to miss, which matters for the intricate dental, jewelry and engineering geometries the Reflex is built to print. An operator drops the build plate in, starts the cycle, and walks away.

Step 3 — Cure

Heated UV curing on the exposure your resin needs.

HeyGears UltraCraft Cure chamber glowing amber during a heated UV curing cycle, screen showing time and temperature
UltraCraft Cure

Full properties, no yellowing, no under-cure.

The UltraCraft Cure applies the UV exposure and chamber temperature your resin profile calls for — even, all-around curing that brings parts to their rated mechanical strength.

Curing is where resin parts earn their engineering properties, and it is just as easy to get wrong as washing. Too little exposure leaves parts soft and tacky; too much makes them brittle and discolored. The UltraCraft Cure combines 405 nm UV with controlled heat and an even, all-around light path, and — like the wash — takes its schedule from the resin profile rather than a kitchen timer. For functional and engineering resins in particular, proper cure is what separates a part that merely looks finished from one that performs to its published spec under load, and the matched workflow delivers that without keeping a notebook of per-material times.

Resins & Output

Clarity, fine detail and engineering-grade parts.

UltraPrint & Open Material

From clear functional parts to high-detail models.

The TrueUV engine and ±16µm accuracy suit demanding work — optically clear engineering parts, dental and jewelry models, and fine miniatures — using validated HeyGears UltraPrint profiles or open third-party resins.

Because the whole point of the Combo is profile-driven post-processing, the strongest results come from materials HeyGears has characterized through print, wash and cure: tough engineering resins, castable jewelry resins, dental-grade materials and high-clarity formulations all have matched workflows. Transparent parts in particular reward the Reflex’s uniform curing — uneven energy is what leaves clear resin cloudy or stressed. The system stays open for third-party resins when a job needs a specific certification, and Rev1 helps you qualify the right set and dial in profiles before you commit. In practice most shops standardize on a handful of UltraPrint materials for daily work and keep the open-material path in reserve for the occasional job with a specific spec — either way, the matched workflow keeps the finish consistent no matter which profile you load.

One Workflow

A production line on a single bench.

Matched, Not Assembled

The whole pipeline speaks one language.

Buying a printer, a wash tank and a cure box separately means three interfaces, three sets of settings, and a manual hand-off at every stage. The Reflex Combo is designed as one pipeline: the GreenPrint slicer assigns a resin profile, and that single profile carries the print parameters, the wash time and the cure schedule through all three machines. For a small studio or a production cell, a new operator can produce in-spec parts without becoming a resin-tuning expert, and a material change is a profile swap rather than days of test prints. It also de-risks scaling — when the process lives in software instead of one person’s head, you can add a shift, train a backup, or move the cell without re-validating from scratch. The economics of resin production hinge on yield, and yield comes from doing the same validated thing every time, which is exactly what a single matched workflow is built to guarantee.

Comparison sourced from published manufacturer data at build time. Street prices are approximate and reflect a complete print-wash-cure setup; validate specifications against your part geometry, resin and finish requirements before purchase. The Reflex Combo’s distinction is a COB TrueUV light engine with AI peel-force control inside a single factory-matched workflow — capabilities that the cheaper LED-LCD bundles don’t offer and the laser-based Formlabs system charges roughly twice as much for.

FAQ

Reflex Combo questions.

What exactly is included in the Reflex Combo?

Three matched machines: the HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex resin printer, the UltraCraft Wash station, and the UltraCraft Cure station. They are designed to work as one system, with the slicer’s resin profile driving the print, the wash time and the cure schedule.

How is the Reflex different from the Reflex RS?

The Reflex is the premium model. It uses a 385 nm+ COB TrueUV light engine with a freeform lens for ≥94% uniformity and ±1% curing-energy consistency, plus AI Peeling Force Management for demanding prints. The Reflex RS is a higher-resolution 8K LED-LCD printer at a lower price; the Reflex trades raw pixel count for light-engine quality, peel control and accuracy (±16µm).

Do I have to set wash and cure times manually?

No. The same GreenPrint resin profile that drives the print carries the wash duration and cure schedule, so the Wash and Cure stations apply HeyGears-validated parameters automatically. Switching resin is a profile change, not a round of test prints.

What is AI Peeling Force Management?

The printer monitors the force needed to peel each layer off the release film in real time and adapts the separation motion accordingly — speeding up where the geometry is forgiving and easing off on fragile features or large flat layers. It raises first-time-right rates on tall, delicate or high-surface-area prints.

What is the build volume and accuracy?

Build volume is 192 × 121 × 220 mm with a 33µm XY pixel, ±16µm accuracy, and detail down to 0.136 mm on an industrial ball-screw Z-axis with ±2µm repeatability.

Can I use third-party resins?

Yes. The system ships with validated profiles for HeyGears UltraPrint resins and supports open third-party materials. Because it cures at 385 nm+, it works with a broad range of engineering and specialty resins; Rev1 can help you qualify a specific resin and dial in print, wash and cure profiles for it.

How much bench space and setup does it need?

All three machines are benchtop units designed to sit together as one cell, so a single sturdy workbench with a power outlet and basic ventilation is enough to get started. Because they share one workflow, there is no complex integration — Rev1 walks you through placement, GreenPrint setup, and the first validated print-wash-cure run.

Is financing available?

Yes. Klarna EasyPay (Pay-in-4) is available at checkout — four interest-free payments, no fees and no credit impact. Rev1 can walk you through the options for the complete system.

How does Rev1 support the purchase?

As an authorized HeyGears reseller, Rev1 reviews your application, recommends resins, validates the workflow, ships genuine OEM hardware from a US warehouse, and provides ongoing US-based phone and video support for the life of the system.
