Why the F430

Engineering-Grade Printing.
Desktop Footprint. Dual 420°C Extrusion.

The F430 brings the capabilities that usually require a floor-standing industrial machine — a true heated chamber, a 420°C nozzle, and independent dual extrusion — into a fully enclosed professional printer that fits a lab bench or shop corner.

CreatBot F430 dual-extruder professional 3D printer, front detail

Professional Dual-Material Production

Independent dual extruders pair a build material with a second material or PVA soluble support, so complex geometry and overhangs print clean. The 420°C right nozzle and 70°C chamber open the full engineering range — from prototyping PLA to carbon-fiber nylon and polycarbonate — on a machine you can run beside the engineers who use it.

Independent Dual Extruders
A 260°C left and a 420°C right nozzle, each driven independently — dual-material and soluble-support printing without ooze cross-contamination.
420°C Martensite-Steel Nozzle
The right hotend reaches 420°C with a wear-resistant martensite-steel nozzle, qualifying it for abrasive carbon- and glass-filled composites.
70°C Active Heated Chamber
A genuinely heated, fully enclosed chamber holds engineering polymers in a stable thermal window — the difference between warp-free ABS / PA-CF and a cracked part.
400 × 300 × 300 mm Build
A generous enclosed build envelope for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and small-batch end-use parts — in a desktop-class footprint.
BLTouch 25-Point Auto-Leveling
Automatic 25-point mesh leveling on an aviation-aluminum PEI plate held to 0.02 mm flatness — reliable first layers without manual dial-in.
±12.7µm XY Precision
Direct-drive 4th-generation extrusion and a rigid motion stack deliver ±12.7µm XY and ±1.25µm Z positioning at 0.04 mm resolution.
Independent Dual Extrusion

Two Materials. One Print.

260°C Left · 420°C Right · Direct Drive

The F430 carries two independent direct-drive extruders — a 260°C left hotend for standard materials and a 420°C martensite-steel right hotend for high-temperature composites. Run two colors, two materials, or a build material plus PVA soluble support for complex internal geometry. The 4th-generation direct-drive design keeps retraction tight and handles flexible TPU without a Bowden lag.

Active Heat + Full Enclosure

Passive enclosures cool unevenly, and that temperature gradient is what delaminates and warps technical materials. The F430 holds a genuine 70°C active heated chamber in a fully enclosed, noise-reduced cabinet, so ABS, ASA, PA, and carbon-filled nylon stay dimensionally stable from the first layer to the last. A heated, sealed build space is the single biggest reason a part comes off the plate usable instead of cracked.

CreatBot F430 aviation-aluminum PEI build plate with BLTouch auto-leveling

Automatic 25-Point Mesh Leveling

A BLTouch probe runs a 25-point mesh across the bed before each job, compensating for any residual tilt so first layers adhere without operator dial-in. The build surface is an aviation-aluminum plate held to 0.02 mm flatness with a PEI sheet for clean release, and the bed reaches 140°C for high-temperature engineering materials.

Print Head & Reliability

Built to Run Unattended,
Job After Job.

A heated chamber, a 420°C nozzle, and a desktop footprint only matter if the machine finishes the print — the F430 engineers the reliability details that decide whether a long job survives the night.

CreatBot F430 direct-drive dual print head assembly, close-up

Direct-Drive 4th-Gen Print Head

The 4th-generation direct-drive head mounts both hotends close to the nozzle for crisp retraction and dependable flexible-material handling. Paired with filament runout detection and print resume, the F430 protects long composite jobs from the two most common overnight failures — an empty spool and a power blip.

Direct-Drive 4th Generation
Short filament path for tight retraction control and reliable TPU / flexible printing without Bowden lag.
140°C Heated Bed
A high-temperature bed on the aviation-aluminum PEI plate releases large engineering parts cleanly without a fight.
Filament Runout Detection
The machine pauses on filament runout and resumes after a swap — no ruined multi-hour job from an empty spool.
Print Resume
Power-loss recovery picks the print back up where it stopped, protecting long unattended runs.
HEPA Air Filtration
A HEPA filter captures fine particles and VOCs for enclosed composite printing in labs and office-adjacent shops.
Interchangeable Nozzles
0.3 / 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm nozzles trade fine detail for deposition rate by application.

Buyer FAQ

CreatBot F430 - questions buyers ask before purchase.

What is the build volume of the CreatBot F430?
400 × 300 × 300 mm in a fully enclosed chamber — a generous professional envelope for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, tooling, and small-batch end-use parts, in a desktop-class footprint that fits a lab bench.
How hot can the F430 nozzles run?
The F430 has two independent direct-drive extruders: a 260°C left nozzle for standard materials and a 420°C martensite-steel right nozzle for high-temperature and abrasive composites. That pairing lets you run a build material alongside a second material or PVA soluble support in a single print.
Does the F430 have a heated chamber?
Yes — a genuine 70°C active heated chamber in a fully enclosed, noise-reduced cabinet. The stable thermal window is what keeps ABS, ASA, PA, and carbon-filled nylon from warping or delaminating, which a passive open-frame printer cannot do reliably.
What materials can it print?
An open material system: PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PA and PA-CF / PA-GF, PC, PVDF, and TPU, plus PVA water-soluble support on the second extruder. The 420°C nozzle, 70°C chamber, and 140°C bed unlock the engineering range, not just prototyping plastics.
How does it level the bed?
Automatically — a BLTouch probe runs a 25-point mesh across the aviation-aluminum PEI plate (held to 0.02 mm flatness) before each job, so first layers adhere without manual leveling. The bed reaches 140°C for high-temperature engineering materials.
How precise and how fast is it?
The F430 holds ±12.7µm XY and ±1.25µm Z positioning at 0.04 mm resolution, with a best print speed of 55 mm/s and a maximum of 180 mm/s. Interchangeable nozzles from 0.3 to 1.0 mm let you trade fine detail for deposition rate by job.
How does the F430 compare to the F430 NX or the D600 Pro 2 HS?
The F430 NX shares the 400 mm envelope but adds a 500°C-class high-temp capability for materials like PEEK and PEI — step up if you need that range. The D600 Pro 2 HS moves to a 620 mm cube and 80°C chamber for large-format industrial work. For most engineering and dual-material work at a desktop footprint, the F430 is the right starting point.
Is Rev1 an authorized CreatBot dealer, and what support is included?
Yes — Rev1 Technologies is the only CreatBot Authorized Service Provider in the United States and a certified Premium Distributor, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Support spans purchase through production: pre-sale application review and material validation; setup and dual-extruder profile tuning; and post-sale phone and video support, authorized parts, and firmware — warranty service never routes through grey-market channels.
