CreatBot F430 Dual-Extruder 420°C Professional 3D Printer
400 × 300 × 300 mm Enclosed • 420°C Right Nozzle • 70°C Heated Chamber • Independent Dual Extrusion

A fully enclosed 400 × 300 × 300 mm professional printer with independent dual extruders — a 260°C left and a 420°C martensite-steel right nozzle — behind a genuine 70°C active heated chamber. Direct-drive 4th-generation extrusion, BLTouch 25-point auto-leveling on an aviation-aluminum PEI plate, ±12.7µm XY positioning, and HEPA air filtration make it a desktop-footprint machine that runs engineering composites, not just prototyping plastics. Engineering-Grade Printing.
Desktop Footprint. Dual 420°C Extrusion.
The F430 brings the capabilities that usually require a floor-standing industrial machine — a true heated chamber, a 420°C nozzle, and independent dual extrusion — into a fully enclosed professional printer that fits a lab bench or shop corner.
Professional Dual-Material Production
Independent dual extruders pair a build material with a second material or PVA soluble support, so complex geometry and overhangs print clean. The 420°C right nozzle and 70°C chamber open the full engineering range — from prototyping PLA to carbon-fiber nylon and polycarbonate — on a machine you can run beside the engineers who use it.
Two Materials. One Print.
420°C on the Right Hotend.
The F430 carries two independent direct-drive extruders — a 260°C left hotend for standard materials and a 420°C martensite-steel right hotend for high-temperature composites. Run two colors, two materials, or a build material plus PVA soluble support for complex internal geometry. The 4th-generation direct-drive design keeps retraction tight and handles flexible TPU without a Bowden lag.
70°C Active Chamber.
Engineering Polymers, Warp-Free.
Active Heat + Full Enclosure
Passive enclosures cool unevenly, and that temperature gradient is what delaminates and warps technical materials. The F430 holds a genuine 70°C active heated chamber in a fully enclosed, noise-reduced cabinet, so ABS, ASA, PA, and carbon-filled nylon stay dimensionally stable from the first layer to the last. A heated, sealed build space is the single biggest reason a part comes off the plate usable instead of cracked.
BLTouch 25-Point Mesh.
Aviation-Aluminum PEI Plate.
Automatic 25-Point Mesh Leveling
A BLTouch probe runs a 25-point mesh across the bed before each job, compensating for any residual tilt so first layers adhere without operator dial-in. The build surface is an aviation-aluminum plate held to 0.02 mm flatness with a PEI sheet for clean release, and the bed reaches 140°C for high-temperature engineering materials.
Micron-Class Positioning.
Production-Ready Surface Finish.
±12.7µm XY · 0.04 mm Resolution
The F430 holds ±12.7µm XY and ±1.25µm Z positioning, printing down to 0.04 mm layer resolution for fine-feature accuracy on functional parts. A best print speed of 55 mm/s and a maximum of 180 mm/s balances quality and throughput, while interchangeable nozzles from 0.3 to 1.0 mm let you trade detail for deposition rate by job.
Built to Run Unattended,
Job After Job.
A heated chamber, a 420°C nozzle, and a desktop footprint only matter if the machine finishes the print — the F430 engineers the reliability details that decide whether a long job survives the night.
Direct-Drive 4th-Gen Print Head
The 4th-generation direct-drive head mounts both hotends close to the nozzle for crisp retraction and dependable flexible-material handling. Paired with filament runout detection and print resume, the F430 protects long composite jobs from the two most common overnight failures — an empty spool and a power blip.
Functional Parts,
Printed in the Heated Chamber.
Dual extrusion, the enclosed 70°C chamber, and the 420°C right nozzle work together to produce clean engineering-grade parts — from carbon-fiber nylon brackets to PVA-supported complex geometry. See the print head and chamber in motion through a real build.
4.3-Inch Touchscreen. Open Slicer Support.
Functional Parts and Tooling, In-House.
The F430's heated chamber and 420°C dual extrusion put engineering-grade production within a desktop footprint — the parts a prototyping printer can't make, without a floor-standing industrial machine.
Standard and Engineering Grades.
The 420°C Range, Out of the Box.
The 420°C right nozzle, 70°C active chamber, and 140°C bed qualify the F430 across the engineering range. Rev1 confirms material fit during application review.
F430 vs. Professional Dual-Extruder Peers.
Benchmarked against enclosed dual-extruder professional printers in the same class, plus the natural CreatBot step-up path. Manufacturer-published specs; pricing reflects approximate street price at time of publication and is subject to change.
| Machine | Build Volume | Max Nozzle Temp | Chamber | Approx Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CreatBot F430 | 400 × 300 × 300 mm | 420°C dual (260 / 420) | 70°C active heated | $3,739 |
| Raise3D Pro3 | 300 × 300 × 300 mm | 300°C dual | Enclosed (passive) | ~$4,000+ |
| Intamsys Funmat HT | 260 × 260 × 260 mm | ~450°C single | Heated chamber | ~$6,000+ |
| CreatBot F430 NX | 400 × 300 × 300 mm | 500°C class | High-temp active chamber | Higher tier |
| CreatBot D600 Pro 2 HS | 620 × 620 × 620 mm | 420°C dual | 80°C active | ~$16,999 |
Step up to the F430 NX when you need 500°C-class high-temp materials, or to the D600 Pro 2 HS when the 400 mm envelope is the binding constraint. Cross-shop the Raise3D Pro3 and Intamsys Funmat HT on chamber temperature and nozzle range. Rev1 will provide an application-specific comparison on request.
