How is this different from your 3D printing service?

3D printing is one process, best when you already know you want a printed part. This service is the broader execution path: we pick the right process for each part (additive, CNC, or urethane casting), give DFM feedback, and take you from functional prototype into a low-volume or bridge run.

How is this different from turnkey product development?

Turnkey product development runs the whole concept-to-production program — industrial design, program management, and staffing. This page is the make-the-parts execution service: rapid prototypes and short-run manufacturing. Many customers use this on its own without needing a full program.

What do you need to give me a quote?

CAD (STEP is ideal) or a physical sample, the quantities you need, the material or performance requirements, and any tolerances or finish notes. If you're unsure, send what you have and we'll help define the rest.

How fast can I get functional prototypes?

Because printing, machining, and inspection are in-house, functional prototypes are typically a matter of days rather than weeks. Exact lead time depends on the process, material, and part complexity, and we confirm it on the quote.

What volumes do you handle?

From a single prototype up to low-volume and bridge runs in the range of about 1 to 500 pieces. When demand outgrows that, we help you plan the step up to hard tooling and higher-rate production.

Which process will you use for my part?

We choose by geometry, material, tolerance, and quantity — additive for complex or tooling-free parts, CNC for tight tolerances and true engineering metals and plastics, and urethane casting for dozens of production-like parts from one master. We recommend the fit on your quote.

Do you build jigs, fixtures, and tooling too?

Yes. We design and build custom jigs, fixtures, work-holding, and light or bridge tooling — the aids that make assembly and inspection repeatable as you move into production.
