AESUB Violet bulk delivers a 2–6 hour scan window — ideal when complex assemblies need extended scan time. The bulk format gives you the volume for large parts without swapping aerosol cans mid-scan.
Compatible with the AESUB Green Spray Gun (sold separately, $643) — compatible with Violet bulk for fine, homogeneous coverage. The 4–8 µm layer is finer than Green, producing less noise on high-resolution laser scanning systems. Cup-fed gravity feed, optimized air caps.
Pigment-free, TiO2-free — sublimates completely after approximately 24 hours at 21°C. Parts can sit overnight and the coating disappears without any manual cleanup or scanner contamination.

Do I need the spray gun to use AESUB Violet bulk?
Yes. AESUB Violet bulk is a liquid (no propellant) designed exclusively for spray-gun application. The AESUB Green Spray Gun ($643) is fully compatible with Violet bulk liquid — using a generic shop spray gun is not recommended.
Why Violet bulk instead of aerosol Violet cans?
Aerosol Violet cans are great for benchtop work. For large assemblies where extended scan time is needed, bulk Violet gives you the volume and the 2–6 hr window without swapping cans mid-scan.
What scanners is AESUB Violet bulk for?
Any laser scanner used on large or complex parts where extended hold time is needed. FARO, Leica, GOM, ZEISS, and similar. The 4–8 µm layer is finer than Green, producing less measurement noise on high-resolution systems.
