3DXTech High-Temp Build Sheets Fortus® 360mc / 400mc — 10-Pack
Fortus® 360mc / 400mc — 10-Pack
The build surface your Fortus® runs on — rated for high-temperature builds and sized to fit. These replaceable adhesion sheets give first layers something to grip, protect the platen, and peel away with the finished part. Cut for the Fortus® 360mc and 400mc platform at 16″ × 18.5″ × 0.03″, and supplied in a 10-pack so a fresh surface is always on the shelf. Full specifications →

The right build surface, kept in stock.
3DXTech supplies high-temp build sheets cut for the Stratasys® Fortus® platform — a consumable that keeps your machine printing. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized 3DXTech reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan, so a fresh 10-pack is always a call away.
Adhesion first layers grip, a platen you protect.
A build sheet is the disposable surface between your model and the machine’s platen. It gives the first layer something to hold onto so tall parts don’t lift or warp, and it takes the wear so the platen underneath stays clean and flat. When a sheet is spent — scored, lifted, or fouled — you peel it and lay a fresh one, instead of servicing the platen itself. These are the high-temperature-rated version, matched to the Stratasys® Fortus® 360mc and 400mc platform, so they hold up to the elevated chamber and bed temperatures those machines run for engineering materials.
Rated for the temperatures engineering builds demand.
Standard sheets can’t take a hot Fortus® chamber.
High-temp builds — PEI/ULTEM™, PC, and the hotter nylons — run bed and chamber temperatures that would break down a low-temp sheet. This high-temp grade is formulated to stay adhered and dimensionally stable through those cycles, so your first layer stays put from start to finish.

Ten sheets, cut to fit, ready to lay.
A straightforward consumable — the details that matter for keeping a Fortus® running.
A full box of replacements so a fresh surface is always on the shelf between jobs.
Pre-sized for the Fortus® 360mc / 400mc bed — no trimming, no guessing.
Consistent thickness so your Z-offset and first-layer calibration stay predictable.
Holds up to the elevated bed and chamber temps Fortus® runs for engineering resins.
Swap a spent sheet in seconds instead of servicing the platen underneath.
A consistent surface that helps tall and large parts stay down through the build.
Made for one platform — check yours.
These are cut for a specific Fortus® bed. If you run a different model, we stock the matching size.
Peel, replace, keep printing.

A fresh surface in seconds — not a platen service.
The sheet takes the wear so the machine underneath doesn’t.
When a sheet is scored, lifted at a corner, or fouled from a failed print, you peel it and lay a fresh one from the 10-pack. First-layer adhesion resets to a known-good surface, your Z-calibration stays predictable at a consistent 0.03″ thickness, and the Fortus® platen underneath stays clean and flat. It’s the cheapest insurance a high-temp build has — keep a pack on the shelf and a bad first layer never costs you a print.

FAQ
Fortus® Build Sheets — Common Questions
What is a build sheet for?
It’s the replaceable adhesion surface your part prints on. It helps first layers grip so parts don’t lift or warp, and it protects the machine’s platen from wear — when it’s spent, you peel it and lay a fresh one.
Which printers does this fit?
The Stratasys® Fortus® 360mc and 400mc, which share the 16″ × 18.5″ platform. For other Fortus® models we stock the matching sizes — just ask.
What does “high-temp” mean here?
It’s rated for the elevated bed and chamber temperatures Fortus® runs for engineering materials like PEI/ULTEM™, PC, and hot nylons. Low-temp sheets can’t take those cycles.
How many come in a pack?
Ten sheets per pack — enough to keep a fresh surface on the shelf through a busy print schedule.
Do I need high-temp or low-temp sheets?
If you print engineering materials at high chamber temps, use these high-temp sheets. If you only run low-temp materials, a low-temp sheet may be more economical — tell us your materials and we’ll advise.
Can Rev1 supply sheets for my other Fortus® machines?
Yes — we source build sheets across the Fortus® range (380mc, 450mc, Gearbox HT2, 900mc, F900) in high- and low-temp versions. Call (248) 707-2950.
