Bambu Lab Hotend — X1C Genuine 320°C Replacement Hotend for the X1 Series.

Genuine 320°C Replacement Hotend for the X1 Series.

Bambu Hotend for X1C — complete hotend with cooling fan and hardened steel nozzle

The hotend is the wear part of any FDM printer — nozzles abrade, heat blocks age, and print quality slips. This is the genuine Bambu Lab replacement hotend for the X1 Carbon, X1E, and X1 series, rated to 320°C for the full engineering-filament range. Choose your nozzle size and pick the configuration you need: the Hotend on its own, or the Complete Hotend that ships pre-assembled with a silicone sock, thermal grease, step screws, and retaining clip for a fast, clean swap. Two Ways to Buy It

Hotend, or Complete Hotend.

Bambu offers this part in two forms so you buy exactly what your repair needs. The Hotend is the core heat block and nozzle unit — right when your fan and wiring are fine and you just need a fresh nozzle and block. The Complete Hotend ships pre-assembled and includes the silicone sock, thermal grease, M3 step screws, and a retaining clip, so it goes into the X1 toolhead cleanly with everything the swap needs in the box.

Bambu X1C hotend configurations — Hotend plus heater, thermistor and cooling fan equals Complete Hotend

Buy the Core, or the Ready-to-Install Assembly.

If you’re comfortable reusing your existing heater and fan, the Hotend keeps cost down. If you want the quickest, most reliable swap — with the sock, grease, screws, and clip already in the box — the Complete Hotend is the one. Rev1 can help you pick the right configuration and nozzle size for your X1 printer and materials so you order once and fix it right.

Nozzle Options

From 0.2mm Fine Detail to 0.8mm High Flow.

Pick the nozzle to match the work. 0.2 mm (stainless) resolves fine detail and small, intricate models. 0.4 mm (hardened steel) is the everyday all-rounder — the best balance of speed and detail. 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm (hardened steel) push far more material per second for fast, large, or high-strength parts. Hardened steel handles abrasive engineering filaments — carbon-fiber and glass-fiber nylon, glow, and metal-fill — without wearing out like brass.

Performance

320°C for the Full Engineering Range.

The X1 hotend is rated to 320°C — hot enough for the high-temperature engineering filaments the X1 series is built to run, from PC and PA to carbon- and glass-fiber composites. Swapping in a fresh, genuine hotend is the single most effective fix when a well-used X1 starts under-extruding, clogging, or leaving rough surfaces, and it’s essential maintenance after heavy printing with abrasive materials.

Compatibility

Made for the X1 Series.

This hotend is designed for Bambu Lab’s X1 series — the X1 Carbon, X1E, and X1. Bambu’s P1 series and A1 series use different hotends, so it’s important to match the part to the printer. If you tell Rev1 your exact machine, along with the nozzle size and configuration you want, we’ll confirm the correct hotend before you order.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the Hotend and the Complete Hotend?

The Hotend is the core heat block and nozzle unit. The Complete Hotend ships pre-assembled and includes everything the swap needs — the silicone sock, thermal grease, M3-14 step screws, and a retaining clip — so it installs into the X1 toolhead cleanly without sourcing extra parts. Choose the Hotend if your other components are still good; choose the Complete Hotend for the fastest, most reliable replacement.

How hot can the X1 hotend run?

Up to 320°C, which covers the full range of high-temperature engineering filaments the X1 series is designed to print — polycarbonate, nylon (PA), and carbon- or glass-fiber composites — as well as everyday PLA and PETG. That extra temperature headroom over the P1 hotend is part of what makes the X1 series suited to demanding engineering materials.

Which nozzle size and material should I choose?

0.4 mm is the everyday standard. Use 0.2 mm (stainless) for fine, intricate detail; 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm (hardened) to push more material for faster, larger, or high-strength parts. For abrasive filaments — carbon-fiber or glass-fiber nylon especially — use a hardened steel nozzle so it holds dimensional accuracy instead of wearing out.

When should I replace my hotend?

The hotend is a wear part. Replace it when you see persistent under-extrusion or clogging that cleaning doesn’t resolve, rough or inconsistent surfaces, a visibly worn nozzle tip, or after heavy printing with abrasive engineering filaments. A fresh, genuine hotend is usually the fastest way to bring a well-used X1 back to like-new print quality.

Will it fit my printer?

This hotend is made for the Bambu Lab X1 series — the X1 Carbon, X1E, and X1. The P1 series and A1 series use different hotends, so match the part to your exact printer. If you’re unsure, tell Rev1 your machine and we’ll confirm the correct hotend, nozzle size, and configuration before you order.

Is this a genuine Bambu Lab hotend?

Yes. Rev1 Technologies is an authorized Bambu Lab reseller, and this is a genuine Bambu Lab hotend — not a third-party clone. With a heated part running to 320°C, genuine components matter for correct fit, safe and stable temperature behavior, and consistent print quality on demanding materials.
