Bambu Lab 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter Feed Up to Four Filaments Into One Printer

Feed Up to Four Filaments Into One Printer

Bambu Lab 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter — four IN ports and one OUT fitting

The Bambu Lab 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter merges up to four PTFE filament lines into a single output to the toolhead. Run your AMS on one input and feed up to three additional spools directly into the others — letting you print with materials the AMS can’t take, like carbon- and glass-fiber-reinforced or abrasive filaments, without unplugging anything. Molded in high-temperature ABS with push-fit collet connectors and a magnetic mounting bracket, it’s a simple, genuine Bambu Lab part that expands what your printer can feed. Full specifications →

What It Does

Four Filament Lines In. One Line Out.

The adapter is a manifold: up to four 1.75 mm PTFE tubes plug into the IN side, and a single PTFE line runs from the OUT side to the printer toolhead. It lets a single-input printer see more than one filament source at once — the AMS on one port and additional spools on the others — so you can switch or stage materials without swapping tubes at the toolhead.

Bambu Lab 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter — four push-fit IN ports

Four Push-Fit IN Ports.

Each of the four IN ports is a standard push-fit collet that grips 1.75 mm PTFE tubing — press the tube in to seat it, press the collar to release. No tools, no fittings to buy. The four inputs sit in a compact square so the whole manifold stays small enough to mount on or beside the printer.

Run Materials the AMS Can’t

Direct-Feed the Filaments Your AMS Won’t Take.

The AMS is built for standard filaments and doesn’t recommend abrasive or highly rigid materials through its buffer and feed path. The 4-in-1 adapter gives those materials a direct route: run the AMS on one input for your everyday spools, and feed carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, or other specialty filament straight into a second input — no AMS involved for that line.

AMS on One Port, Direct Spools on the Rest.

Connect the PTFE line from your AMS buffer to one IN port and run the OUT line to the toolhead as normal. The remaining ports accept direct-fed spools — ideal for CF/GF-reinforced or engineering filaments you keep on an external dry box. The ABS housing handles the heat near the printer, and the magnetic bracket keeps it tidy.

Simple to Fit

Push the Tubes In. Snap It to the Frame.

Setup is a two-minute job with no tools. Route the OUT PTFE line to the toolhead, push each source tube into an IN port, and mount the adapter on the printer frame or nearby surface with the magnetic bracket. Because it uses standard push-fit collets and 1.75 mm PTFE, it drops into an existing Bambu setup without modification.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the 4-in-1 PTFE adapter actually do?

It combines up to four incoming 1.75 mm PTFE filament lines into a single output line to the printer toolhead. In practice, that lets you connect your AMS to one input and feed additional spools — including materials the AMS isn’t suited for — into the others, so the printer can draw from more than one source without you re-routing tubing at the toolhead each time.

Can I print carbon-fiber or abrasive filament through it?

Yes — that’s one of its main uses. Carbon- and glass-fiber-reinforced and other abrasive/rigid filaments aren’t recommended through the AMS. With the adapter you feed those directly into one of the IN ports, bypassing the AMS buffer entirely, while keeping the AMS on a separate input for your standard spools. Note the adapter itself is a filament path; abrasive filament still requires a hardened nozzle on the printer.

Which printers is it compatible with?

It’s designed for Bambu Lab’s single-toolhead machines — X1, X1 Carbon, X1E, P1P, and P1S — and works with any setup using standard 1.75 mm PTFE tubing. If you have a newer or different Bambu model and want to confirm fit, contact Rev1 and we’ll verify before you order.

Is this a genuine Bambu Lab part?

Yes. Rev1 Technologies is an authorized Bambu Lab reseller, and this is a genuine Bambu Lab accessory — not a third-party clone. It uses Bambu’s own push-fit collets and ABS housing, so tolerances and fitment match the printers it’s made for.

Does it come with PTFE tubing?

The adapter ships with its magnetic mounting bracket, but PTFE tubing is not included in the box — it’s designed to connect the standard 1.75 mm PTFE tubes you already run to your AMS and toolhead, plus whatever length you need for additional direct-feed spools. Standard 1.75 mm PTFE tubing is inexpensive and widely available; Rev1 can include the right lengths with your order if you let us know your setup.

Do all four inputs feed at the same time?

No — the adapter is a shared path to a single output, so one filament feeds to the toolhead at a time. It gives the printer access to multiple staged sources through one OUT line; you select or switch which input is active in your workflow (for example, AMS-managed changes on the AMS port, or manually loading a direct-feed spool for a specialty material). It is a feeding manifold, not a mixing or simultaneous-multi-feed device.
