A genuinely big bed and real multicolor — without a prosumer price.
The Kobra 3 Max is the largest printer in Anycubic’s Kobra line: a 420×420×500 mm build envelope — about 88 litres, more than two carry-on suitcases of print space. Pair it with the ACE Pro filament system and the “Combo” prints in up to eight colors, automatically, while drying your filament as it goes. It runs at up to 600 mm/s with a 10,000 mm/s² acceleration ceiling, levels itself with LeviQ 3.0, and watches your prints with an AI camera. Dual Y-axis motors keep the large platform square at speed, a flexible PEI plate makes part removal a one-flex job, and power-loss recovery plus filament-runout auto-resume keep the long, unattended prints a big bed encourages from failing halfway through. Rev1 Technologies ships it from the USA and supports your setup — so a big multicolor machine arrives ready to run, not as a science project.
420 × 420 × 500 mm — 88 litres of print space

Print full-size parts in a single job
At 420×420×500 mm the Kobra 3 Max gives you roughly 88 litres of usable build space — more than two carry-on suitcases stacked together. Helmets, large cosplay armor, drone frames, planters, jigs, and full-scale enclosures print whole instead of being chopped into sections you glue and sand. For makers who keep hitting the ceiling on a 220 mm or 250 mm machine, the extra Z height alone is the reason to upgrade.

Pop parts off a flexible PEI sheet
The big bed uses a double-sided textured PEI spring-steel plate. Prints grip hard while hot, then release with a simple flex once cool — no scrapers, no gouged surfaces, no fighting a glass bed across 420 mm. The plate heats to 90 °C in about 125 seconds so PLA and PETG are ready to go quickly, and the textured side leaves a clean matte bottom finish on large flat parts.
Four colors out of the box, eight with a second unit

Automatic color changes, no manual swaps
The ACE Pro filament system loads four spools and switches between them automatically, so multicolor models print start-to-finish without you standing over the machine. The 4-color Combo ships with one ACE Pro unit; stack a second unit and the Kobra 3 Max prints up to eight colors in a single job — logos, signage, tabletop minis, and gradient art that would be impossible on a single-extruder machine. Choose the 4-color or 8-color configuration in the buy-box above.

Keeps filament dry while it prints
The ACE Pro isn’t just a feeder — it actively dries your filament with built-in heating up to 55 °C. Moisture-sensitive PLA and PETG stay dry through long jobs, which means fewer pops, stringing, and surface defects from wet filament. Spools live in an enclosed box rather than open on a rack, so they stay clean and conditioned between prints. (TPU prints on the direct-drive extruder, not through the ACE Pro.)
600 mm/s ceiling on a big bed

Move fast without the wobble
A 600 mm/s top speed with 10,000 mm/s² acceleration means the Kobra 3 Max isn’t the slow giant big-format printers usually are. A 300 mm/s recommended speed keeps quality high for everyday prints, with headroom to push faster on draft parts. A high-flow hotend reaching 300 °C keeps plastic melting fast enough to actually use that speed, so a full-bed print finishes in a fraction of the time an older 60 mm/s machine would take.
LeviQ 3.0 levels the big bed for you

Perfect first layers across 420 mm
Leveling a 420 mm bed by hand is a nightmare. LeviQ 3.0 does it automatically — the probe maps a dense grid of points across the whole plate and sets the Z-offset, so first layers stick evenly from edge to edge without paper shims or trial-and-error. A 4.3″ capacitive touchscreen and Kobra OS firmware walk you through setup, and the Anycubic App plus AnycubicSlicer round out a workflow that gets a first-time large-format owner printing on day one.
Dual Y-axis motors keep a big bed steady

No layer shifts at speed
A large, heavy bed moving fast wants to twist and skip steps. The Kobra 3 Max drives the Y-axis with two synchronized motors and lead screws instead of one, keeping the platform square and preventing the layer-shift and step-loss that plague big single-motor bed-slingers at speed. Combined with power-loss recovery and filament runout detection with auto-resume, long unattended prints finish reliably instead of failing halfway through a 12-hour job.
Make it big, make it brilliant
Big, colorful, and easy — for makers, classrooms, and small shops

From cosplay to classroom to small-batch
The Kobra 3 Max Combo hits a sweet spot: large enough for full-size cosplay armor, helmets, and props; multicolor enough for signage, educational models, board-game terrain, and tabletop minis; and easy enough for a classroom or library makerspace where a non-expert has to keep it running. Small shops use it for jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and short-run multicolor parts where buying a $2K+ machine isn’t justified. It’s a generalist that does the big, colorful work most desktop printers can’t — and because the workflow is almost entirely automated, the person running it doesn’t have to be a 3D-printing expert. Auto-leveling, active filament drying, AI failure detection, and a guided touchscreen mean the machine handles the fiddly parts, so a teacher, librarian, or shop owner can keep it producing without becoming a full-time operator.
