3DXTech FibreXABS+GF PelletsGlass-Fiber-Reinforced ABS — Stiff, Strong, Low-Warp Structural Resin
Glass-fiber-reinforced ABS — stiff, strong, and dimensionally stable.

FibreX™ ABS+GF is glass-fiber-reinforced ABS — tough as nails, very stiff, and strong, letting you build structural parts without the lifting and warping of unfilled ABS. 3DXTech uses premium ABS and a glass fiber chosen to be compatible with the FDM/FFF process. Buy in bulk pellets to extrude your own filament or pellet-print. Made in the USA. Full specifications →

From pellets to spooled filament — on your own extruder.
Full control of your material supply, at bulk pricing.
A home filament extruder turns these pellets into 1.75 or 2.85 mm ABS+GF filament at a fraction of spooled-filament cost — ideal for high-volume printing, custom colors, or research. Pre-dry the resin, dial in your extruder, and you have a steady supply of genuine 3DXTech ABS+GF. Prefer to skip the spool? Feed the pellets directly into a pellet-fed printer.
Glass-fiber-reinforced ABS — stiff, strong, and dimensionally stable.
Full mechanical data for FibreX™ ABS+GF is available from Rev1 on request.
Glass fiber dramatically increases rigidity over unfilled ABS.
Strong enough for load-bearing, structural parts.
Glass reinforcement reduces the lifting and warping of plain ABS.
Premium ABS with a glass fiber matched to the FFF process.
25 kg pails — bulk supply for structural ABS+GF.
Extrude your own ABS+GF filament or feed a pellet printer.
Pre-dry, then extrude — simple bulk processing.
3DXTech's guidance for turning ABS+GF pellets into filament or feeding a pellet printer.
Dry the resin before extrusion. Request the TDS from Rev1 for exact drying temperature and time.
Extrusion temperature is on the technical data sheet — request it from Rev1.
Wet resin extrudes with bubbles in the filament — dry the pellets more if you see them.
Produce 1.75 or 2.85 mm filament with a desktop filament extruder.
Feed straight into a pellet-fed 3D printer for large-format or high-throughput work.
ABS+GF parts — at bulk volume.
Running from pellets makes high-volume production and large-format pellet printing far more economical than spooled filament.
When do pellets make sense?
These pellets are the same FibreX™ ABS+GF resin as spooled ABS+GF filament. Choose pellets for the lowest cost per kg, pellet-fed printing, or custom filament extrusion; choose spooled filament when you want to load and print with no extra equipment. Request the full data sheet for exact mechanical figures.
| ABS+GF Pellets | Spooled ABS+GF Filament | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per kg | Lowest | Higher |
| Ready to print | Needs extruder / pellet printer | Load and go |
| Best volume | High / bulk | Low–medium |
| Custom filament (color / diameter) | Yes | No |
| Format | 25 kg pails | 1 kg spools |
Same FibreX™ ABS+GF resin in both formats; request the data sheet for exact properties. Prices vary by pail size and date.

FAQ
3DXTech ABS+GF Pellets — Common Questions
What are ABS+GF pellets for?
Making your own ABS+GF filament on a home filament extruder, or feeding a pellet-fed 3D printer directly. They are also used for injection molding and materials research. Bulk pellets are the most economical way to run ABS+GF at volume.
How do I process them?
Pre-dry before extrusion and follow the melt range on the technical data sheet — request it from Rev1. Drying is essential — wet resin extrudes with bubbles in the filament.
Is this the same ABS+GF as your spooled filament?
Yes — it is the same USA-made FibreX™ ABS+GF resin, just in bulk pellet form. The published property data applies to both.
What sizes are available?
25 kg pails, in black. Ask us about colors and larger volumes.
Where can I get the mechanical data?
The full FibreX™ ABS+GF technical data sheet is available from Rev1 on request — use any “Request the TDS” button on this page.
Anything special about processing?
Glass-filled material is abrasive — a hardened steel nozzle is strongly recommended.
