Genuine Bambu Lab PC, engineered for demanding, functional parts.
Authentic, lot-fresh Bambu Lab PC. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Bambu Lab reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Impact strength and heat resistance in one filament.
Bambu PC is a genuine polycarbonate engineering filament: high tensile strength, excellent impact resistance and strong heat resistance. It is a natural choice for functional parts that must survive drops, loads and elevated temperatures — enclosures, mounts, structural brackets and tooling.
Tough where it counts.

Takes hits and heat that crack PLA and PETG.
Polycarbonate combines high strength with real impact toughness and a high heat-deflection temperature, so parts stay functional under mechanical and thermal stress. Print it in an enclosure with an all-metal hotend for the best layer adhesion and strength.
Four reasons it’s a workhorse engineering material.
High tensile strength for structural parts.
Absorbs impacts that crack brittle materials.
High heat-deflection temperature for warm environments.
Holds tight tolerances on functional parts.
PC vs. common alternatives.

FAQ
Bambu PC — Common Questions
Do I need an enclosure for PC?
An enclosure is strongly recommended — polycarbonate benefits from a warm, stable chamber for layer adhesion and to minimize warping.
Is a hardened nozzle required?
No — plain PC is not abrasive, so a standard all-metal hotend and brass nozzle are fine. (The CF-reinforced grades do need hardened nozzles.)
Does PC need drying?
Yes — polycarbonate absorbs moisture. Dry at 80 °C for ~8 hours before printing.
What is Bambu PC good for?
Tough, heat-resistant functional parts — enclosures, structural mounts, brackets and tooling.
